These Terms of Service ("Terms") are between you and CapyVibes.Grill ("we," "us," or "our") and govern your use of our store, website, and services (the "Services"). Shipping and Delivery
We will make every effort to ship your order in a timely manner. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. CapyVibes.Grill is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or circumstances outside of our control. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.
